SIPP commercial property queries jump 56%

At Curtis Banks we’ve seen SIPP commercial property queries increase by 56% in the first half of 2021 compared with the same period last year.

We’ve also noticed an increase in queries regarding connected party purchases and we’ve received more queries about purchasing land and woodland.
